With over 20 years of experience supporting and capacity building VCS organisations and social businesses we can provide the resources and support needed to develop and grow.
Our experience working in VCSE Infrastructure, Education and Training, Health & Wellbeing, Community Development, the Environment Sector and Social Prescribing gives us insight into the needs of small, medium and large charities and social enterprises, as well as funders and commissioners.

We offer a bespoke service and understand the current needs for voluntary and community groups and social enterprises. As a CIC ourselves with vast experience of delivering projects, demonstrating impact and generating income, we can help find a solution for your organisation.
Our personal and professional approach will create opportunities for co-design and provide your organisation with additional capacity to meet the current challenges facing the VCSE sector.
Our expertise in training development, strategic and business planning, bespoke impact measures, evaluation and volunteering advice allow us to support a wide variety of organisations with funded projects, new programmes of work, staff and volunteer development, and creating space to plan and think.

We work on System Change and Changemaking programmes to reimagine and redesign the VCSE sector and support and empower local communities to enact change. We believe there is an alternative to the current funding and commissioning practices and work to transition to a new model that removes the current power imbalances for VCSE organisations and puts people at the centre of creating change.
